Established in 2014, Lumbee River Productions is a  film and media production company based in Loganville, Georgia. The business is a Domestic Non-Profit Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Georgia and a Native American-Owned Small Business. Also known as The People of the Dark Water, North Carolina's Lumbee Tribe received full federal recognition after 137-year effort in December 2025.

Led by David Bryan Crespo, Lumbee River Productions is  dedicated to uplifting Indigenous, elderly, and underserved communities through storytelling, advocacy, and direct support services. Rooted in Indigenous values and community storytelling, Lumbee River Productions serves as both a creative studio and a cultural platform. To start up this company, Bryan worked as a sole proprietor working in many capacities such as acting, voice overs, construction, disaster assistance, and promotional events.
