Bryan Crespo is the founder and President of Lumbee River Productions. He is is a passionate creative professional with experience in entertainment, independent film production, music development, and media collaboration. Known for dedication, strong work ethic, and a creative vision rooted in storytelling, Bryan has contributed to projects connected to independent productions and original music concepts. His background includes supporting production development, creative brainstorming, artist relations, and promotional efforts within the independent entertainment industry.
Born in Georgia, he is a member of the Lumbee Tribe. His mother, Pearlie, is active in the company and is a current resident of Loganville, GA with her family. His son, Kendall is a sophomore at East Forsyth.
Bryan began his career in the entertainment industry in 1979 as a stand-in and extra on productions such as The Dukes of Hazzard in Covington, Georgia, and the action film Invasion U.S.A. starring Chuck Norris. Over the years, he participated in numerous projects, including Fast and Furious 7, Watchmen, and collaborations with actors like Anthony Hopkins.
Bryan’s work reflects a strong appreciation for Southern culture, independent cinema, rock and country music influences, and authentic storytelling. With a collaborative mindset and hands-on approach, he continues to pursue opportunities in film, media, and entertainment while building meaningful industry connection.

Dwight Chavis is a United States Navy veteran, Russian language interpreter, intelligence analyst, and business professional whose career spans military service, corporate leadership, and financial services.
After graduating from Pembroke Senior High School in 1974, Chavis entered the United States Navy and was selected for advanced language training at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California. There, he completed the Russian training course and later developed specialized linguistic and analytical skills used in military intelligence operations at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas. Goodfellow is a premier U.S. military center for intelligence and cryptologic instruction.
His first duty assignment was at Naval Station Rota in Spain, a key U.S. naval installation during the Cold War. From this location, he deployed aboard multiple ships and aircraft carriers operating throughout the Mediterranean Sea. His responsibilities included providing direct interpretive and analytical support to commanding officers and contributing intelligence in coordination with the National Security Agency. During this period, he also supported naval operations in the Black Sea, a region of significant strategic importance.
Following his overseas tour, Chavis served an additional four-year assignment in Virginia supporting CINCLANTFLT (Commander in Chief, U.S. Atlantic Fleet), where he continued his intelligence and operational support duties. After completing nine years of active-duty service, he was honorably discharged from the United States Navy.
Following his military career, Chavis pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. He subsequently transitioned into the private sector, building a management career with a Fortune 500 company. After retiring from corporate leadership in 2013, he continued working in financial services as a licensed insurance agent.

Tim Willis (born Henry T. Willis) is an American Paralympic athlete, attorney, and disability rights advocate from Georgia, best known for being the first fully blind competitor in NCAA Division I cross-country and for his achievements in T11 (blind) track and field. He grew up in Georgia and had the talent and passion to become an athlete. From 1990 to 2000, Willis competed internationally in blind distance running, setting two world records and 12 national records (10 still stand).
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science (minor in Criminal Justice) from Georgia Southern University in 1994, graduating as an All-Academic athlete and being inducted into the university’s Athletics Hall of Fame in 2006 Georgia Southern University Athletics. He later obtained a Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in 2000 and passed the Georgia Bar Exam on his first attempt.
He has served as a contract attorney and interim director for the Disability Law and Policy Center of Georgia, and has advised nonprofits and businesses on ADA policy and federal grant compliance. From 2008–2014, he worked with the U.S. Olympic Committee managing federal grants, leading compliance training, and supporting veteran initiatives.

Kent Cole is best known as one half of the Cole Twins, a professional wrestling tag team with his identical twin brother Keith Cole. Kent Cole’s wrestling career spanned from 1992 to 2001, making him a 9-year veteran in the ring. Kent found a passion in filmmaking and has become a talented editor. He has worked with Bryan on numerous efforts where he transitions the raw footage into the final cut of a movie.

Lucy A. Fazely is an award-winning, independent artist and filmmaker whose career spans screenwriting, directing, producing, and design. She is known for her diverse creative output, which includes published authorship, playwrighting, graphic illustration, quilt and fabric design, and technical writing. Lucy has served as a script reader and film screener from 2010 to 2020.
She is also a quilt teacher, lecturer, and design consultant, reflecting her deep engagement with textile arts. Her education include Associate in Liberal Arts, Alpena Community College, Alpena, MI (2010) and Certificate in Feature Film Writing, UCLA Extension (2009). Her work has been recognized at multiple film festivals and industry fellowships, cementing her reputation as a versatile and accomplished independent filmmaker and creative professional.

Jeanne Patterson is a business specialist that has worked with industrial, environmental, architect, engineering, and construction firms in the Federal and private sectors. She has 30 years of management experience in business process management as well as managing and supporting various federal construction, facilities maintenance, emergency, and environmental projects. Her expertise includes 20+ years of contract compliance, technical writing, and successful proposal and grant response development to the federal sector including the Department of War, Defense Energy Support Center, Department of Energy, FEMA, EPA, VA, National Park Service, and other agencies.
Jeanne has served in various capacities with large and small 8(a) environmental and construction firms including vice president, regional manager, program/project manager, small business liaison, subcontract administrator, and business development manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M and worked in the oil industry for 6 years and also worked as a Gwinnett County Police Communications Officer for over a year. She is an active volunteer with multiple animal rescue groups in the southern US.

Ruben Hutarte is a dedicated business owner and community member who has lived in the Atlanta area for the past 25 years. With ten years of experience as a former and current law enforcement officer with the DeKalb County Police Department, he has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and service to others. During his law enforcement career, Ruben served 3 years as a Patrol Officer, 2 years as a Motor Officer, and currently works as a Detective with the Specialized Investigations Division. In addition to his public service background, Ruben specializes in junk removal, dump trailer rentals, material delivery, and property cleanup services, providing reliable and efficient solutions for residential and commercial clients throughout the area.
Ruben is bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing him to effectively communicate with and serve a wide range of communities. His ability to connect with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients helps build stronger relationships, provide better service, and ensure clear communication throughout every project and interaction. Ruben has been married for 19 years and is a proud father of a 10-year-old child. Residing in the Loganville area, he remains actively involved in the local community and is passionate about building strong relationships through honesty, hard work, and dependable service.
